Developing and executing the organization’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engage with the target audience. Key responsibilities include :
- Content Creation : Develop and manage a content calendar, creating engaging posts and curating user-generated content.
- Strategy Development : Formulate strategies to achieve business goals and identify target audiences.
- Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering relationships with followers.
- Analytics : Track performance metrics and provide reports to suggest improvements.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration : Work with internal, brand & external teams for cohesive messaging.
