Proven experience in cloud-native application development and deployment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–13 years of experience to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .NET Core , React , Cloud platforms (GCP / Azure) , Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines , along with a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.
- Drive cloud-native development using GCP or Azure , including container orchestration with Kubernetes .
- Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Apply design patterns and architectural principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application responsiveness and reliability.
