Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns across social platforms
  • Create engaging and conversion-focused content aligned with brand tone
  • Drive brand awareness and visibility through storytelling and data-driven insights
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing for both personal and company profiles
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives

Required Tools & Skills :

  • Project management : Trello, Asana, Notion
  • Analytics and SEO : SEMrush, Ubersuggest
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflows
  • Social scheduling and management : Hootsuite, Buffer
  • Proficient in social media content planning and performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and scaling strategies
  • Comfortable writing long form, short form content - something on those lines

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Exceptional communication and creative writing skills
  • Analytical thinker with a balance of creativity and structure
  • Capable of managing multiple projects independently with clear accountability
  • Preferably from an engineering background
