Job Summary :
We’re looking for MBA graduates (Supply Chain / Operations / Marketing / Digital) who are excited to start their careers at the intersection of Go-To-Market Growth & Strategy and Supply Chain Technology.
You’ll play a key role in supporting and executing strategic initiatives that drive ORO’s market growth, specifically with target accounts. You’ll work closely with global leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless alignment between business goals, execution plans, and outcomes.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves solving business challenges, managing cross-functional programs, and bringing structure to fast-moving projects in a high -growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & GTM Execution
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to plan and execute targeted business development and sales campaigns
Identify and growth hack specific accounts through data insights and creative outreach
Develop AI-enabled playbooks for account growth, customer engagement
Marketing & Product Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and positioning for target verticals and key accounts
Identify and execute B2B influencer campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives to boost brand and pipeline visibility
Create and manage cross-functional GTM projects that improve alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing
Innovation & AI Integration
Build data-driven frameworks to evaluate account potential and optimize targeting strategies
Identify and implement digital and AI-based tools that improve GTM efficiency, lead scoring, and customer engagement
Explore automation and personalization opportunities to scale marketing and sales outreach
Qualifications : Education :
MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Digital or Strategy
Experience :
2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, digital or GTM operations
Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise operations, or cross-functional project management is a plus
Skills :
Strong analytical and project management capabilities with attention to detail
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Strong interest in Go-To-Market strategy and SaaS-based business models
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities
