The Opportunity :
We seek a driven Software Sales Manager to close high-value deals in India's manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong enterprise network, a proven B2B SaaS track record, and deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Vision AI, ERP, or Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve / exceed sales quotas in your region
Leverage your CXO-level network to generate and close new business
Develop and execute strategies for enterprise markets
Present our SaaS and AI solutions to address client pain points
Lead complex negotiations and close multi-million-dollar deals
Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline management
Stay current with industry trends and competition
What You Bring :
8+ years in sales within Manufacturing, ERP, Vision AI, SaaS, or Consulting
Strong enterprise network, especially at CXO / CXO-1 levels
Proven success in closing high-value B2B deals
Ability to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
Team-oriented mindset, professional demeanor
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor&aposs in Engineering, Business, or related field
Master's from a reputed institution is a plus
