Job descriptionTo be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap. To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post-test to measure the impact of courses delivered. To maintain appropriate records of classroom training delivered and new resources created To take proactive steps to ensure that the campus / classroom is functioning at optimum and providing the best possible learning experience for students. For instance, the trainer would be responsible for setting up of IT equipment or ensuring students receive the relevant pre-tests and post-tests as each module is delivered. Any graduate – BCA, BSC, B.Tech, B.E. or Any Computer Related Degree. Any postgraduate – Any specialization
Trainer (Web Designing)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Web Designing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a web Designing, The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering web development training programs to our students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Should have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Asp.Net, MSSQL, CSS3, Xhtml, Word Press, and Responsive Design etc.
- To deliver course material as per the pre-decided curriculum.
- To create / update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered
- Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences
- To upgrade self-knowledge across all the languages of Web Designing
- To be able to customise and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic.
- 1-3 years of experience in Web Designing preferably through working in Industry or educational institute.
- Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds.
- Being Creative and Responsible, Demonstrating Self – motivation and Taking Initiative.
- Delivering highly interactive lectures that are Online or Offline with current standards of industrial training.
