Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include performance management, training and development programs, and addressing employee grievances. The HR Manager will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
Experience in Performance Management and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
Training and Development program management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in HR management is preferred
