What Youll Do :

Build full stack solutions for real European clients using modern and AI-enhanced tech
Work in agile teams (Scrum / Kanban), contributing to sprint planning, retros, and code reviews
Translate customer needs into smart, scalable architectures
Take ownership of your code, delivery, and outcomes
Collaborate with teammates across disciplines from junior devs to delivery leads
Travel onsite to Sweden / Europe when needed for project collaboration
Grow into a Tech Lead role, with leadership in delivery, code, and communication
