Role Overview

We are looking for  Freelance Recruiters  who can work with us remotely to deliver top talent for our startup clients. If you’re passionate about recruitment, have a good network, and prefer flexible work with  outcome-based earnings , this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Fynd AI’s account managers to understand client hiring needs.

Source and attract candidates  using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and personal networks.

Screen resumes  and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.

Present  shortlisted candidates  to the Fynd AI team and coordinate next steps.

Ensure a  seamless candidate experience  throughout the hiring journey.

Collaborate with Fynd AI recruiters and leverage our  AI-enhanced tools  for faster, smarter shortlisting.

Requirements

Prior experience in  recruitment / talent acquisition / HR consulting  (agency or freelance).

Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Self-driven and comfortable working independently with  remote tools .

A good personal / professional network is a plus.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job portals is an advantage.
