Agentic Automation Engineer - OpenAI

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for an Agentic Automation Engineer who is passionate about designing and building autonomous, orchestrated business agents that enhance productivity and streamline complex workflows.

In this role, you will work on developing and deploying multi-agent systems capable of intelligent task coordination across multiple business tools and services.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-powered agents that can plan, execute, and report seamlessly leveraging platforms like CrewAI, AutoGPT, Lindy, LangGraph, Lovable, and Claudes Agents API.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGPT, Lindy, and LangGraph.
• Build intelligent workflows where agents autonomously coordinate tasks across CRMs, calendars, and databases.
• Implement orchestration logic using platforms like Lovable and Claudes Agents API for planning, task management, and automated reporting.
• Develop low-code or no-code integrations through tools such as n8n, Zapier, or custom backend services to connect LLMs, APIs, and internal systems.
• Prototype and test end-to-end automation pipelines in production-like environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, and operations) to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
• Document designs, workflows, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and scalability.
