Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership of Buying for the Kidswear category, from range curation to in-season management.
  • Channel Allocation Management : Ensure correct flow of styles across EBOs, SIS, and distributor orders.
  • Seasonal Range Planning : Build collections backed by trend research, past performance, competitive benchmarking, and price strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Design (for range building), Planning (for OTB and buys), and Marketing / Retail Ops (for GTM readiness).
  • Analytics & Insights : Track category performance, identify bestsellers / slow movers, and recommend exits or repeats.
  • MCC Sheet Management : Maintain and update the MCC sheet for all categories to ensure clear visibility of buy plans and assortment architecture.
