We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a strong background in React to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing frontend solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization are followed.

This role is ideal for someone who has deep expertise in React.js , a passion for frontend engineering, and proven experience in leading projects from concept to delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-quality web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript / TypeScript frameworks.
• Architecture & Design : Contribute to application architecture discussions and ensure scalable, modular, and maintainable code structures.
• Performance Optimization : Implement performance improvements, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best coding practices.
• Testing & Quality : Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to maintain high-quality, bug-free releases.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with emerging frontend trends, frameworks, and tools; recommend and integrate them where relevant.
• Agile Practices : Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to a collaborative and efficient development process.
