Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will lead end-to-end technical recruitment efforts, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver top tech talent. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, strong sourcing skills, and a consultative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle technical recruitment across roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and more.
• Partner with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Manage and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.
• Stay updated on tech trends and talent market dynamics to advise clients strategically.
• Use ATS / CRM tools effectively to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring performance.
• Represent Hellowork Consultants at networking events, job fairs, and tech meetups when necessary.
