Radiology Medical Coder – US Healthcare

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Medical Coder to join our US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will accurately review and assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes for radiology services in compliance with federal regulations, payer policies, and company coding standards.

Key Responsibilities : Review and analyze radiology reports and medical documentation to assign accurate CPT and ICD-10 codes.

Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with official coding guidelines (AAPC / AHIMA).

Verify and validate medical necessity based on payer-specific requirements.

Meet daily production and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Certification : CPC, COC, or CCS (Mandatory for experienced coders).

Education : Life Science / Paramedical / Medical background preferred.

Experience : 0–3 years of experience in Radiology coding (Freshers with certification can apply).

Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
