Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MicroStrategy Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions, leveraging the MicroStrategy platform to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement sophisticated MicroStrategy solutions to meet complex business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.
• Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Optimize existing MicroStrategy applications and reports for performance, reliability, and usability, utilizing best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of BI capabilities.
