Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. The South Indian Sous Chef will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of South Indian cuisine and ensuring high standards of culinary excellence ,Daily tasks include managing kitchen and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and working closely with the Executive Chef and Chef De cuisine to develop new menu items. This role is located in New Delhi.
