Job Title : Hotel Operations & Maintenance Manager
Location : Pan India (Multiple Hotels)
Key Responsibilities :
- Review hotel operation and maintenance activities on daily basis for all the hotels across India and other properties.
- Ensure that the hotels pan India operate as per SOPs set, industry benchmarks, and follow the processes and procedures as per schedules.
- Get the HLP reports from all the units on a daily basis for analysis, highlight the concern unit in case of any deviation.
- Focus on planned preventive maintenance activities on a regular basis as per schedules.
- Renewal of annual maintenance contracts for all essential services like HVAC, Heat pumps, Lifts, DG set, Compliances, Water tank cleaning, fire systems, etc.
- Finalize technical scope of work, rate negotiation, and assist the unit team for releasing Work Orders & Purchase Orders.
- Timely attend breakdowns, failures, incidences and restore the systems within minimum downtime.
- Ensure that units are maintaining inventories for engineering tools, equipment, consumables, etc.
- Track and fulfill engineering-related compliances like pollution control board, fire system, electricity, etc.
- Manage health and upkeep of all engineering systems / equipments to increase life span, performance, and reduce consumption.
- Planning, scheduling, and execution of renovations of the hotels as and when required.
- Annual budget preparation and review and guidance to the hotels' GMs.
- Pre-opening of the hotels & resorts along with the operation and project team.
- Visit schedule for all hotels to interact with engineering teams, review operations, impart training, receive feedbacks, etc.
- Check mandatory log books, registers, and records.
- Complaints analysis and corrective actions on them.
- Prepare and present to management MIS on HLP consumption, work progress, PMP, inventories, Capex works along with cost / benefit analysis, etc.
- Coordination with unit GMs and engineering teams for MEP activities or any kind of assistance.
- Coordination with unit engineering teams to get the required data, major engineering works, or technical guidance.
- Coordination with the project team for smooth handing over of the hotels, scheduling, snagging works, etc.
- Coordination with consultants for timely completion of mandatory compliance requirements by the government.
