SentientGeeks is looking for IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Applicants must have 03-06 months internship experience in IT hiring
- Applicants should be from West Bengal
- Diploma / Certification related to HR will be preferred.
- Good understanding of souring skills; search strings / Boolean search on job portals
- Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
- Applicants should have good communication skill.
Responsibilities
Writing and posting technical job descriptionsSourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.Skills Required
