About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to lead day-to-day client communication, campaign execution, and brand strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver effective, insight-driven campaigns — with a preference for candidates who’ve worked in or with BFSI or B2B or technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Lead and contribute to brand and campaign strategy, using client insights and market understanding.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to bring strategic ideas to life across platforms.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans and guide project execution from start to finish.
- Present ideas, campaign progress, and performance updates confidently to stakeholders.
- Stay on top of industry and market trends (especially in finance) to bring proactive, strategic input.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond execution and contribute to brand growth.
- Experience with financial services clients is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
