Executive Marketing Assistant (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Marketing Assistant to work closely with the Founder / Marketing Head. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing both client communication and backend operations.

Success in this role means ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling client / student interactions with professionalism, keeping schedules organized, and supporting the execution of marketing and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be the go-to person for communication, scheduling, and task management, allowing the business to run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Client & Student Communication : Manage WhatsApp communication, share reminders, and handle follow-ups with professionalism.
• Calendar & Scheduling : Organize calendars, book client / student calls, and ensure reminders are sent on time.
• LMS & Technical Support : Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), assist students with access issues, and provide basic technical support.
• Social Media Posting : Publish content across social media platforms (content strategy provided by Founder).
• Administrative Support : Maintain and organize Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for reporting and record-keeping.
• Basic Project Management : Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• General Assistance : Support with ad-hoc tasks, presentation preparation, and backend organization as required.
