Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Endoscopy Technician located in Trivandrum. The Endoscopy Technician will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of endoscopic procedures. Daily tasks include sterilizing and maintaining equipment, ensuring proper functionality of surgical tools, assisting medical staff during procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times. Coordination with healthcare teams and strict adherence to infection control protocols are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Endoscopy procedures and equipment operation
• Knowledge of Sterilization and Surgical Technology methods
• Experience in Medical Assisting and basic patient care
• General understanding of Medicine and related medical practices
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Certification or diploma in Endoscopy Technology, Surgical Technology, or a related healthcare field is an advantage
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
