Job Summary : We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our Wholesale Production Services team. This role involves providing support to the Sales, Investment Banking, Research, and Securitized Products & ABS businesses. You will maintain both in-house developed and vendor-hosted application solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 & L2 Production Services Support for allocated projects within Wholesale Production Services.
• Handle batch support, application support, user support, incident management, change management, and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational stability, efficiency, maintainability, and support capabilities.

Technical Skills : Must Have :

Advanced UNIX

Advanced SQL

Good To Have :

Python

RPA Tools

ITIL Certifications

AWS Certifications

Interpersonal Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical skills.

Ability to identify problem areas and develop effective solutions.

Additional Notes :

Candidates must have L2 support experience in an application support role. We do not accept profiles with only L1 support or infrastructure support experience.
