Job description

Job Title : VDI Support Engineer (L2) – VMware / Omnissa

Location : Bangalore / Ghaziabad

Experience : 5+ Years | Certification : VMware / Omnissa Certified Professional

Budget - 10 lpa upto

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage VMware Horizon / Omnissa VDI components (Connection Server, DEM, Pools, Farms).
  • Administer vCenter, ESXi hosts, and vSAN clusters.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and license management.
  • Handle VDI image creation, optimization, and end-user issue resolution.
  • Configure and troubleshoot HA, DRS, vMotion, and virtual networking.
  • Manage SSL, STS, and VMCA certificates.
  • Generate daily health reports and support DR drills.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and ITSM ticket resolution as per SLA.

Requirements :

  • VMware / Omnissa Certified Professional (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of VDI administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and Horizon.
  • Good troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.
