Skills : Must-Haves

Hands-on experience in any MIS platform
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good-to-Haves

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Experience with BI tools

Analytical skills and reporting exposure

Responsibilities :

Onboarding & Implementation

Guide clients through the implementation process, outlining steps and setting

clear expectations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely deployment of

services or features.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during implementation with minimal

disruption to client operations.

Customer Communication

Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients throughout the

onboarding and implementation phases.

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide regular updates on the progress of implementation and migration

activities.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, issues, and

resolutions.

Generate regular progress reports for all implementation activities.

Identify recurring issues, trends, or gaps and recommend process

improvements.

Migration Support

Collaborate with clients to gather data, documents, and prerequisites for

migration.

Assist clients in understanding migration steps and address any related

queries.

Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition of

data and services.

Requirements :

Flexibility to work in shifts – US / UK / AUS

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant

tools
