We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team and drive impactful paid marketing campaigns across multiple industries. If you're passionate about optimizing performance, analyzing data, and creating ad campaigns that deliver results — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Video, and Performance Max)
- Develop engaging ad copy and creatives that align with brand goals
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure KPIs and ROAS targets are met
- Implement call tracking solutions (CallRail) and measure lead quality
- Perform A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven resultsStrong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, and quality score optimizationProficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)Experience with CallRail or other call-tracking toolsStrong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailGoogle Ads Certification(s) is a plusEmployment Type : Full-time
