Truemeds - Quality Assurance Engineer - Selenium / Cypress

Responsibilities :

• Drive the QA process across the product lifecycle - from test planning and test case design to execution and release validation.
• Create and maintain robust test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications, with a focus on functionality, usability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Contribute to and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies.
• Conduct API testing (REST / SOAP) using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
• Analyze logs, errors, and crash reports to identify and isolate defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and proactively address quality risks early in the development cycle.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide clear QA documentation and status updates throughout the release cycle.
