to ensure

high-quality, SEO-optimized content

across blogs, articles, PR, and thought-leadership pieces while driving traffic growth and content innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial Excellence & Copy Editing

Review, edit, and proofread SEO-optimized content for grammar, style, clarity, and accuracy.

Maintain consistent brand voice across all content formats.

Mentor writers and editors to uphold quality standards.

Content Strategy & SEO Integration

Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for Google Search, News, and Discover.

Implement editorial SOPs and content workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Identify content gaps, trending topics, and keywords for new content opportunities.

AI & Innovation

Leverage AI tools to assist with content drafting, repurposing, and optimization.

Experiment with content hacks and newsroom-style SEO strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration

Manage deadlines, tasks, and KPIs for editorial teams.

Partner with SEO, product, and marketing teams to align content with campaigns.

✅ What We’re Looking For

7–12 years in content writing / editing, with 3+ years in editorial leadership or copy editing.

Strong expertise in SEO, Google News & Discover.

Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and storytelling.

Experience with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).

Good to Have :

AI-driven workflows, E-E-A-T knowledge, multilingual content exposure, and content monetization experience.
