Job Title: HSE Officer (PTW Site Compliance)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Project: Saudi Aramco

Industry: Oil Gas

Experience: Relevant HSE / PTW Experience Required

Qualification Experience

• NEBOSH / IOSH Certification (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Saudi Aramco PTW systems
• Proven experience in oil gas site HSE operations
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE standards, PTW, and site compliance requirements
  
  

Scope of Responsibility

• Implement and manage Permit to Work (PTW) requirements in line with Saudi Aramco procedures
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments before task execution
• Monitor site activities to ensure full HSE compliance
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site safety coordination
• Ensure adherence to Aramco HSE policies, safe work practices, and reporting requirements
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective action follow-ups
