We’re hiring a Technical Sales & Solutions Specialist who can explain GrowStack.ai clearly, run winning demos, and partner with Customer Support, Services, and Solutions to turn prospects into happy long-term customers. What you’ll do
Sales (60%)
- Lead discovery to uncover pains, map stakeholders, and quantify impact.
- Deliver high-conviction demos of GrowStack.ai (AI Agents, Automation Hub, AI Studio), tell the story in customer language, and handle objections with data.
- Build business cases : ROI / TCO models, proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Own the deal process in CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) : next steps, MEDDICC / BANT notes, close plans, and clean forecasting.
Solutions & Services (25%)
Co-create solution designs with our Solutions / Services teams : workflows, integrations (CRM, marketing tools, webhooks, APIs), data flows, SLAs.Draft SoWs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery.Run pilot / POC playbooks—clear hypotheses, success gates, and timeline.Customer Support & Success (15%)
Join key onboarding calls; translate requirements into tickets / plays for Support and Services.Triage issues with empathy; drive resolution with engineering / CS.Close the loop : capture product gaps, log feature requests, and surface insights that improve retention and expansion.Must-have skills
Top-notch communication (spoken + written) : crisp, confident, and customer-first; excellent slide / asset creation.Demo storytelling : ability to customize flows for different personas (Founder, CMO, Head of Sales / Ops).Technical depth : comfort with APIs, webhooks, CRM / marketing integrations, data enrichment, and AI / automation concepts.Commercial acumen : discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and value engineering.Process discipline : rigorous notes, next steps, and reliable forecasting.Nice to have
Hands-on with HubSpot / Salesforce, Gong, Loom, Notion / Jira, Intercom / Zendesk .Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, SES / Mailchimp / Instantly , and multi-channel workflows.Experience in B2B SaaS / MarTech / AI .How we measure success
