We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead marketing for Wipro’s Digital Experience service line and join the marketing team’s Global Business Line (GBL) The Global GBL - Enterprise Futuring (BPO, Cybersecurity, AI, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications and Digital Experience businesses) Marketing and Communication team works closely with the business units, and they offer a portfolio of services to support its ambition in terms of growth. This will include, but will not be limited to, B2B marketing strategy, brand content, integrated marketing campaigns, event management, pursuit support and external communications. The overall goal is to increase market presence, drive demand and to build market awareness through the work we do for our clients. Job Summary : The Marketing Lead for Wipro’s Digital Experience service line is responsible for building awareness of our capabilities, as a leading provider of experience services and offerings that are critical for enterprise transformation and business success. This person will design, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans. Success will be measured by establishing Wipro as a leading company and thought leader, increasing awareness, consideration, and demand for our services across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners and more. This person will work closely with business stakeholders in developing positioning and marketing aligned to business objectives and outcomes. This is a highly cross functional role that will work closely with regional, industry, global, and corporate marketing teams. The right candidate will be comfortable operating in a highly matrixed marketing organization, working closely with counterparts to deliver Industry / GBL specific programs. This is an operational and strategic role which is a broad and diverse full-service position, working across the marketing mix and requires a breadth of strategic and execution skills coupled with a can-do attitude. This role is based in India and reports to the Global Head of Enterprise Futuring Marketing. Roles & Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Identify, inspire, and manage marketing opportunities and programs / campaigns that reinforce Digital Experience service offerings by elevating brand perception, driving demand across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more. Design, develop, and execute great work through integrated marketing plans that aligned to business goals. Deep knowledge of channel strategies, demand generation and marketing campaign metrics and analytics. Ability to analyze social media, website and general marketing data to clearly articulate impact and ROI. Work with subject matter experts in the business to develop thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs. Proactive management of events to ensure consistent and proper Wipro representation and branding, working with the business to target leads and track lead follow up. Management of events will include pre, during and post event activities and reporting. Strong management, presentation and communication skills and the ability to manage the day-to-day business and SME relationship. A team leader, develop programs, oversee the development and delivery of high-quality work, play a development role, and offer strategic marketing counsel. Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing and business colleagues’ drawing on the expertise of Wipro’s vast resources and capabilities. Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives. Qualifications : Requirements : The successful candidate possesses the following : 10+ years of integrated B2B marketing experience, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning in the IT / Technology Outsourcing industry (Preferred). Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results. Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projects. Solid knowledge of content creation, partner marketing, and how to leverage, social, digital, comms, AR and PR within omni-channel campaign development. Excellent project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment. Solid written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work well with all levels of a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-directed and comfortable in entrepreneurial environments Experience with executing virtual and in-person events, via long-distance. Intermediate knowledge of marketing technology and demand generation software stack (MarTech) e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Terminus / 6sense, Demandbase, and similar products. High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite. Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization
