Why Mentoria Exists :
India has one of the largest student populations in the world, yet most young people choose careers by chance, not clarity. Mentoria is on a mission to change that by building India’s largest network of career counsellor-preneurs : independent professionals who run their own counselling practices, powered by Mentoria’s certification, platform, technology and brand.
We already have hundreds of counsellor-preneurs across 50+ cities, and our next milestone is scaling this to 1,000 counsellor-preneurs across 100 cities building a ₹100Cr revenue line in 2 years.
The Role :
As our Channel Partner & Growth Manager, you will own revenue growth through the counsellor-preneur channel. This isn’t a “support” or “community” role, it’s a business development role with sales targets. Your KPI : ensure every counsellor-preneur is activated, selling, and hitting revenue benchmarks, while building the playbook to scale the channel.
What You’ll Own :
1. Revenue Growth via Counsellor-preneurs :
Ensure each counsellor-preneur on average hits ₹10L+ in annual sales through their local brand / franchise.
Drive pipeline-building strategies across schools, NGOs, corporates, and direct consumers.
Set revenue targets, monitor performance dashboards, and hold counsellor-preneurs accountable.
2. Channel / Franchise Sales Enablement
Build playbooks, decks, proposals, and B2B outreach templates for counsellor-preneurs.
Train and coach them on sales, pricing, and local market development.
Join them in closing institutional partnerships until they scale independently.
3. Partner Onboarding & Activation
Design onboarding processes that take counsellor-preneurs from certification → active → profitable within 30–60 days.
Identify inactive / low-performing partners and re-activate with focused interventions.
4. Network Scale & Strategy
Build systems for 1000+ counsellor-preneurs across 100 cities.
Create regional revenue clusters, identify high-growth markets, and replicate best practices across the network.
Work with internal product, ops, and marketing teams to deliver enablement tools at scale.
Who You Need to Be :
4–8 years in channel sales, franchise business development, or partner revenue management.
Proven track record of driving revenue through networks of independent entrepreneurs, distributors, or franchisees.
Strong commercial acumen : you think in targets, pipelines, and P&L, not just engagement.
Excellent communicator and coach : you can inspire, enable, and hold partners accountable.
Comfortable with CRM, revenue dashboards, and data-driven performance reviews.
Bonus : experience in education, training, wellness, or franchise-led industries.
