Shifts : 5 Days working / 2 rotational week offs

(Should be open for Night Shifts)

Job Description :

Interpret spoken communication between

• Bengali / Nepali / French
• and English in real time.

B2 Certification in French is required.

Handled inbound / outbound calls, chats or emails where bilingual support needed.

Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity and tone during interpretation.

Collaborate with support team to resolve customer queries effectively.

Requirements :

1. Fluency in at least two languages (source and target languages).

2. Interpretation certification or relevant experience.

3. Excellent communication and listening skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
