We are seeking a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team at NXGEN Technology AG. The ideal candidate will be an expert in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, capable of developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development : Design and implement dynamic, respo nsive UIs using React.js, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Back-End Development : Develop robust APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.

Database Management : Design, manage, and optimiz e MongoDB  databases ensuring data integrity and high performance.

API Integration : Integrate internal and third-party APIs to extend application functionality.

Version Control : Use Git for source code management and team collaboration.

Deployment : Deploy and maintain web applications on cloud environments such as  AWS or Azure.

Collaboration : Work closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality features.

Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with modern MERN stack trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong emphasis on MERN stack technologies.

Technical Skills :

Front-End : Proficiency in React.js , H TML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Back-End : Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js .

Database : Expertise in MongoDB and Mongoose .

Version Control : Familiarity with Git and Git-based collaboration workflows.

API Integration : Experience in integrating and managin g RESTful APIs .

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
