Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and maintain all manufacturing, filling, and utility equipment in our cosmetics production facility. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical experience and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all machinery with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and maintain all manufacturing and filling equipment, including mixing vessels, filling machines, and related production systems.
• Oversee utility equipment such as RO Plant, Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower , and other support systems.
• Ensure all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and reliably.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance as per planned schedules.
• Perform maintenance audits and inspections to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, protocols, and checklists.
• Respond promptly to major equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Train operators and staff on proper equipment handling and basic maintenance practices.
• Procure, test, and commission specialised components, spares, and fittings in coordination with vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation for audits and compliance.
