Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager, located in Chinna Salem. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics personnel, and ensuring the efficient distribution and delivery of packages within the designated cluster. Duties include coordinating with different departments to streamline the logistics process, monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance delivery performance. The Cluster Manager will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, operations management, and team coordination
• Skills in performance monitoring, process improvement, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in logistics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
