Job Title : Sourcer

The candidate experience partner will be fully responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Main Responsibilities :
- Leverage data-driven insights by analysing sourcing and conversion data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimise strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources—including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent—using innovative sourcing methods.
- Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to hiring managers.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques and innovative candidate engagement practices.Minimum of 1–2 years' recent experience supporting regional operations is required.Strong understanding of labour market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers.Prior experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms to identify and engage top talent.Excellent communication skills.Proactive, able to prioritise and manage own workload.Reliable and well organised.Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.Ability to negotiate effectively.Customer focused.Benefits :
