AI Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for an AI Senior Data Engineer to design and develop our data transformation initiatives as we build the data foundation to drive our marketing strategy to enhance our internal and external customer experiences and personalization. We are seeking a Data Engineer driven by a passion for analyzing and devising solutions, someone who thrives on starting from the customer's perspective and excels at solving complex, ambiguous challenges. This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, executive visibility, and has a large opportunity for impact.

You will be instrumental in developing and implementing data solutions that enhance the strategic management and utilization of customer data across our technology stack. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, you will leverage platforms such as Treasure Data's AI Foundry and Thomson Reuters' Open Arena to build and deploy AI agents and drive the hands-on implementation of AI-powered marketing data solutions with measurable business impact.

About The Role

In this role as an AI Senior Data Engineer, you will :

• Independently own and manage assigned projects and meet deadlines, clearly communicating progress and barriers to manager and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to process large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across systems
• Develop and deploy AI models within data pipelines to automatically detect and correct errors, standardize formats, and validate data in real-time, ensuring consistency and reliability across datasets
• Develop and own comprehensive technical roadmaps for AI-powered data platform integration with detailed architecture plans and implementation timelines
• Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements, provide technical support, and effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Serve as a visible Subject Matter Expert on our Customer Data Platform, maintaining up-to-date awareness of industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and best practices on relevant topics including unified customer profiles, deterministic and probabilistic matching, identity graphs, data enrichment, etc.
• Create and design data models, schemas, and database structures in Snowflake and the Customer Data Platform.
• Gather and analyze data from various touchpoints, including online interactions, transactional systems, and customer feedback channels, creating a comprehensive customer profile that presents a 360-degree view.
• Actively identify and propose innovations in data practices that evolve capabilities, improve efficiency or standardization, and better support stakeholders.
• Shift Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM (IST).
• Work from office for 2 days in a week (Mandatory).
