Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer (VBL) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and forecasts to management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the beverage industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue growth.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Skills Required
