Job descriptionImplement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module. Collaborate with payroll, HR, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Analyze requirements, provide functional expertise, and ensure smooth system integration. Drive workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into effective solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies. Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding HCM Benefits

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Benefits configuration and implementation.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Integrations, and Functional Configurations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
- Proven ability to take ownership of modules / projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
