About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to strengthen Credflow partner ecosystem by onboarding Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CSs), Bankers, and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) . This role is critical in building a reliable network of financial professionals who can extend our reach, generate leads, and foster business growth through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition : Identify, engage, and onboard CAs, CSs, Bankers, and IFAs as business partners for Credflow Capital.
- Business Growth through Partnerships : Develop referral and alliance models to drive lending product adoption and customer acquisition.
- Relationship Management : Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Market Expansion : Leverage partner networks to access new geographies and SME client bases.
- Training & Enablement : Conduct knowledge sessions, workshops, and engagement programs to familiarize partners with Credflow Capital’s offerings.
- Performance Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Compliance & Governance : Ensure all partner onboarding and collaboration adhere to NBFC guidelines and organizational compliance standards.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.4–7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development in NBFC, fintech, or BFSI sector .Proven track record in building professional networks across CAs, CSs, Bankers, or IFAs.Strong understanding of lending products, credit cycles, and financial advisory ecosystems.Skills & Competencies
