What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional with strong expertise in dietitian and healthcare team building, along with comprehensive exposure to end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, PF and statutory compliance, HR policy formulation, and employee lifecycle management.

This role requires an independent professional capable of owning complete HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective people management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for dietitians, nutritionists, healthcare professionals , and corporate roles
• Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy.

HR operations & Employee Lifecycle

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Policies, Performance & Employee Relations
