The primary target audience for Blu Orb consists of affluent Indian travelers seeking exclusive and exceptional travel encounters, with meticulously curated offerings designed to fulfill their desires for luxury travel.

Job Description -

1. Manage & Maintain HNI Client Relationships : Proactively handle and maintain a database of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) to ensure seamless client engagement and retention.

2. Expertise in Luxury & High-End Destinations : In-depth knowledge of exclusive, luxury travel destinations is a strong advantage for providing premium recommendations.

3. Lead Generation & Business Development : Identify and generate leads through strategic market research, referrals, and networking within the luxury travel sector.

4. Proactive Client Acquisition : Conduct in-person sales meetings, market visits, email campaigns, and phone solicitations to secure new business opportunities.

5. Strengthen Client Relationships for Repeat Business : Build trust and long-term relationships with existing and new HNI clients, ensuring repeat bookings and loyalty.

6. Collaboration with Product Development Team : Work closely with the product team to curate and customize travel experiences tailored to client preferences.

7. Engagement with Marketing Team : Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality, targeted promotional materials for the HNI market segment.

8. Innovative & Resourceful Approach : Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging creativity and market insights to offer exclusive and value-driven travel experiences.

9. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Effectively engage with clients, ensuring high-touch service, seamless coordination, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
