Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and leading a sales and marketing team. This role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development
• Strong skills in Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Forecasting
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM software
