SCCPL, part of Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, collaborates with corporates to offer upskilling programs, CSR initiatives, and placement support for students and professionals.

Role Overview

The Placement Coordinator will build industry relationships, facilitate campus recruitment, and ensure successful student placements. This role requires strong networking, communication, and organizational skills, along with an understanding of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and HR leaders.
  • Identify placement opportunities across various industries.
  • Organize campus placements, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Mentor students on career opportunities, resume building, and interview prep.
  • Maintain student and employer databases, track placement metrics.
  • Develop corporate partnerships for placements, internships, and projects.
  • Represent SCCPL at corporate meetings and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Willingness to travel for placement activities.
