Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other platform tools.
• Guide developers in building scalable, secure, and optimized solutions while ensuring adherence to Solution Design & Architecture :
• Architect and implement complex, multi-cloud solutions tailored to business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy, data models, and integration patterns.
• Team Management & Mentorship : Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and best practices across the team.
• Integration & Performance : Oversee integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, and ETL processes.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and governance
