Engineer (Sales & Service)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Engineer who can generate business opportunities and provide technical support for industrial automation products and solutions. This dual-role position involves both customer acquisition and post-sales technical service, ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for automation products and turnkey solutions.
• Understand customer applications and propose suitable automation solutions, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo systems, industrial communication, and control panels tailored to their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical / commercial proposals and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and estimation team to prepare BOQs and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
