Role Overview
We are hiring Trainees for our Client Servicing team for both Digital and Non Digital in Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to marketing, campaign coordination, and agency operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in client coordination
- Understand client products, services, and target audience
- Conduct basic research & gather competitor insights
- Support creation of campaign ideas, briefs & presentations
- Prepare reports, way-forward documents & meeting notes
- Coordinate with design, planning & creative teams
- Assist in campaign execution, timelines & task tracking
- Support in preparing marketing plans & documentation
