Job description
  • Minimum of 2 End to End implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Understanding of Business processes related to Core HR & Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project and collaboratively work with the Team.
  • Able to conduct workshops independently to understand the Business requirements, running demos for Customers and capture the same in the Workbooks.
  • Should have strong EC configuration skills , Data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, Propagations, Position Management, Business rules, People profiles, UI Configurations, Workflows, Notifications, HRIS sync, Custom portlets, RBPs and Reporting etc..
  • Able to provide and validate whether EC solution is compatible to the requirements given by Business Team.
  • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge in integration within the SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment and LMS etc.
  • Having additional expertise in SAP HR module is value added.
