Key Responsibility Civil Solar
- Site Assessment & Preparation
- Conduct topographical and geotechnical surveys.
- Evaluate soil conditions and drainage for optimal panel placement.
- Oversee land grading, trenching, and foundation work.
- Structural Design & Engineering
- Design mounting structures for solar panels (e.G., fixed tilt or tracking systems).
- Ensure structural integrity under wind, seismic, and load conditions.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers for integrated system design.
- Construction Oversight
- Supervise civil works including roads, fencing, and drainage systems.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage timelines and resolve on-site issues.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Prepare documentation for permits and inspections.
- Maintenance Support
- Assist in post-installation inspections and civil maintenance of the site.
- Address erosion control and structural wear over time.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience : 2–8 years in solar or infrastructure projects, especially ground-mounted systems.Skills :Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and civil design software.Strong project management and communication abilities.Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) workflows
