Partner with hiring managers / stakeholders to understand open roles, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
Create or update job descriptions and specifications that clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies : posting on job boards, online portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, campus hiring, headhunting, etc.
Screen resumes / applications, assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and alignment with company values.
Coordinate interviews among candidates and hiring panels; follow up with feedback loop.
Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to offer acceptance) for assigned roles.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future needs.
